We are able to repair most Washing Machines, Dishwashers and Tumble Dryers that we get called out to, but if your appliance is beyond economical repair, or you don’t wish to have it repaired for any reason, we charge a reduced diagnosis only fee of £25 if a freestanding appliance (Dishwashers excepeted).

***** The installation engineer was prompt and did a great job. His attention to detail was first class. He was very friendly and explained everything to us about the new machine. He spent sometime getting the fitting perfect and in an integrated unit kitchen was not easy. Clean and tidy and very professional, I would definitely recommend using these guys again there were spot on.

***** I have awarded five stars to this company as I cannot fault the engineer who gave us excellent advice and service. We had a problem with a very old Miele Washing Machine; the machine had served us well for almost 20 years. It's not easy finding an engineer who is knowledgeable about this product without, that is, contacting Miele direct with the inevitable high charges. We received very detailed advice on the parts that would need replacing and we were told that, due to the age of the machine, there would still be problems with parts that were on the verge of wearing out. We were able to make an informed decision, thanks to the engineer, on whether to have the work carried out or whether it would be a waste of money. The engineer could have chosen to profit from our situation, but instead gave us a very honest opinion. He then, although by now it was way past normal working hours, collected a washing machine from a house I am selling and delivered it to my new home and plumbed it in.
