1. Check the power supply - Ensure that the washing machine is plugged in and that the power outlet is supplying power.

2. Check the hose connections - Look at the inlet hose, make sure it is tightly connected to the tap and that the tap is turned on. Also check the outlet hose at the back of the washing machine and make sure it is connected properly.

3. Check the filter - It should be free of blockages, dirt and lint build up.

4. Check the door - Ensure that the door is securely closed and that there is no noticeable damage.

5. Check the detergent draw - Make sure that the detergent drawer is free of any blockages.

6. Check the water level sensor - If the machine does not fill with the correct amount of water you may need to replace the water level sensor.
